What forms of payment
are accepted ?

We accept all major credit cards,
Apple Pay
Venmo
Zelle
Cash for payment of services and retail products.
Hair Extension deposits are only accepted through Venmo, Zelle, and Cash.

What do I do if I’m unsure about what to book?

In the event that you are unsure what to book after reading through our service menu, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can help guide you. We also always welcome consultations for color services.

Can I get work done during my color or extension appointment?

Our clients love how quiet our salon is allowing you to work on your lap top uninteruppted. We kindly ask for consideration for our other guests and avoid taking conference calls out loud.

Will extensions damage my hair?

No. Our stylist are highly skilled extension specialist that take into consideration the scalp health before moving forward with any service. The techniques we use are designed for even very fine, delicate hair. Our Stylist will also clearly provide direction on at home care, and regularly follow up with you to ensure your extensions are keeping the hair and scalp in optimal condition.

What do I do if I don’t love my hair after my appointment?

We always want you to be more than happy. We strive for you to love your hair. In the event that the results were not as you imagined, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to offer adjustments within 14 days to ensure that you leave smiling. Our goal is for you to feel incredible. We do not offer refunds.

Can I change my services the day of if I run out of time during my visit ?

We kindly ask that you review service times as our stylist have reserved the time allotment listed for you. In the event that you need to leave sooner, our cancellation policy will apply to only those services changed last minute.

Where can I park or is public transit easier?

Couldn’t be any easier in Hoboken as our location is truly a gem in this city. Metered Street Parking is available to non-residents & usually very accessible before 5pm. There’s also a parking garage at 701 Harrison St. (2 minute walk)

Another option is the 9th street light rail, conveniently located 1.5 blocks away for those taking public transit from Hudson county.

What can I expect once I book an appointment as a new client?

Our stylist will immediately reach out to connect, requesting current hair photos as well as a photo of what you would like to achieve for all color services. They will then discuss any adjustments to the services booked to ensure they achieve your goal. You will also receive an email with our cancelation agreement to review & digitally sign as well as our welcome text for everything you need to know to set you up for your visit with us. We promise to make your first visit with us stress free like you have been here before.

What happens if I need to reschedule an appointment ?

We kindly request that you cancel with no less than 48 hours notice. This policy allows us to adequately fill cancelations. In the event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice 50% of the reserved booking will be charged to the card on file. To ensure this policy is clear we kindly ask that you review and sign our digital cancellation agreement sent via email.
